Since Watch Mafia is an unauthorized dealer, manufacturers will not honor warranties for watches bought from our company. However, Watch Mafia provides buyers with an equivalent warranty that mirrors the manufacturer's warranty.

WATCHES

In the unlikely event that an issue arises within two years of the purchase date, the watch should be sent back to Watch Mafia. Our qualified and professional watchmakers, who serve as authorized repair centers for many high-end watch manufacturers, can repair virtually any watch using genuine parts. If the defect is particularly serious, the watch may be returned to the respective manufacturer for repair. Please note that manufacturer repairs can take a minimum of 4-8 weeks or longer if parts are back-ordered.

JEWELRY

If any part breaks within two years of the purchase date, it can be sent back to WATCH MAFIA for repair. Qualified jewelers will handle the repair and typically return the piece within 10 days.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR WATCHES AND JEWELRY

​

The Watch Mafia warranty covers all new watches and jewelry for a period of two years from the date of purchase. It specifically covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps (leather, fabric, or rubber), damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations, damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse or any customization's/modifications are excluded from this warranty.

To initiate a warranty repair, a return authorization number (RA) must be obtained by calling Watch Mafia. This RA number should be displayed on the outside of the box when returning the item. Warranty repairs should be handled directly through Watch Mafia, as opening or repairing watches by any other source will void all warranties. Watch Mafia will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at their discretion within the warranty period.

When requesting a return, Watch Mafia will provide a return shipping label. Return shipping expenses to the customer, once the watch is repaired, will be covered by Watch Mafia.
