  1. Return Policy:

    • Unsatisfied customers can return their purchase for a refund.

    • RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

    • It's important to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping back the watch. This number is necessary for the return and should be obtained by contacting customer service prior to sending the item. Returns sent without an RA number may be returned to the sender, so it's crucial to follow the designated procedure and obtain the necessary authorization before shipping the item back.

    • To ensure a smooth and expedited process, it is essential to display the RA number prominently on the outside of the box containing the watch. This will help us identify and process the return promptly.

    • Exceptions include items on memo, special orders, and custom orders.

    • The item must be returned in its original box with all included accessories.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • For watches, they must be returned in their original condition, including all protective plastics, tape, and hang tags intact, as well as all accessories, boxes, and papers. It is also important to refrain from wearing the watch until you have made a final decision to keep it, as even a single day of wear can result in blemishes or scratches. Additionally, note that bracelets should not be sized or have links removed, and straps should not be cut.

    • For jewelry purchases, the tags must remain attached for the return to be accepted.

  2. International Returns:

    • International customers are responsible for any duties or value-added taxes associated with returning an item.

  3. Signature Requirements:

    • Packages require a direct signature for orders valued between $151 and $999.

    • Orders valued at $1000 and above require an adult signature.

    • Packages cannot be rerouted or held for pickup.

    • The carrier will attempt delivery three times, and if unsuccessful, the package will be returned to WatchMafia.com.

  4. Shipping Address:

    • WatchMafia.com prefers shipping items to the billing addresses of purchasers due to the risk of fraud.

    • Customers desiring shipment to an alternate address must contact their credit card company.

    • The credit card company can add an "Alternate Shipping Address" to the account, enhancing security.

    • Contact the credit card company's phone number on the back of the card and request the addition of the alternate shipping address.
